Bankruptcy Law Changes Are Too Much

After several years of failed attempts, Congress made sweeping changes to the bankruptcy laws.  Most of the changes are more favorable for creditors than for debtors.  While we sympathize with the many debtors who face insurmountable levels of debt, we have concluded that the system is incompatible with the type of personalized representation we insist upon providing.
