Attorney Ad Litem
Many types of court proceedings require the judge to appoint an independent attorney or "ad liltem" to represent parties that would not otherwise have legal representation. Examples include: unknown heirs in probate matters, minors in family law cases, and proposed wards in guardianships.
Peterson & Peterson attorneys are periodically appointed by Williamson County judges, but are also available by request. |
